Merchants

Merchants offering Trustomer to their customers will display the Trustomer logo on the product page or at the point of sale. Merchants will have the ability to control the two key variables of the Trustomer platform;

  1. The Reckoning, or amount payable after the customer has used the goods or service. The reckoning is expressed as a percentage of the sale price.
  2. The Test-time extended to customers to use the goods in order to determine what portion of The Reckoning they choose to release or retain.

Additional benefits to the merchant include that if a product consistently receives a high percentage of The Reckoning, it is a very strong endorsement of its quality/value.
